《海海人生》是一首膾炙人口的台語歌，原曲為香港歌手張國榮所演繹的《沉默是金》，旋律採用傳統民謠般的音階旋律，並與流行音樂元素相結合，重新詮釋平易近人的曲調；綿長而和緩的音樂風格，搭配上充滿滄桑真摯的歌詞，讓聽眾在悠揚的氣氛中，留下對於人生際遇的體察與嗟歎。此版本由香港作曲家游元慶改編為管樂團演奏版。
‘Floating Life,’ is a celebrated Taiwanese song, originally deprived from the melody of ‘Silent Is Golden,’ a song by Cantonese singer Leslie Cheung. The melody consists of folksong style pentatonic scale, combined with pop music elements, reinterpreted the approachable tune. The slow and leisure tempo led the audience to experience the sorrow and mourning of life. The version is adapted for concert band by Hong Kong composer Yuen-hing Yau.
