A popular song composed by Gerald Marks and Seymour Simmons in 1931, it should be called a thoroughbred in the standard number world. In the following year, 1932, Louis Armstrong sang and struck the top of the Billboard chart, making it a huge hit, as well as being used in the movie Careless Lady. It spread in a blink of an eye.
