《步步高》廣東作曲家呂文成的作品，樂曲風格帶有濃厚的廣東粵劇風格，具有明顯的高胡，揚琴語法與音樂特色，透過趣味橫生的曲調與高低起伏的旋律，讓人聯想到各種方言中的聲韻，使得音樂聽起來平易近人。此版本為日本作曲家金山徹改編為靈活編制樂團演奏，。
 
"Bu Bu Gao" is composed by Guangdong composer Lu Wencheng. The music style is strongly related to Cantonese opera. The melody reveals the musical character of Gaohu and Yangqin. Through the joyful tunes and and the development of melody, it is reminiscent of various dialects. The rhyme in the music makes the music sound approachable. The version was adapted by Japanese composer Tohru Kanayama into the flexible band.
